My qualifications
Despite feeling like I've coached friends and family my entire life, I needed to have a qualification in order to be able to take on real clients. IIN was the first stepping stone to diving deep into the world of coaching and exploring many aspects of what makes one feel and be healthy. After a few years of a broader approach, I honed in on the subject of gut health & stress because of my own personal struggles with it and continue to focus and research this topic which so many struggle with.
My approach
Most approaches to health dwell on rigid routines, calories, fad diets and short term, drastic results. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good / bad foods, I guide and support my clients to explore basic improvements and introduce gradual, sustainable changes that relate to all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact and reaching their goals with more ease than anticipated.
Managing stress, eating whole foods, sleeping, hydrating, moving and connecting with others are the necessary foundations to reaching any health goal. From there we build and consolidate to consistently progress and feel better.
My favourite Zooki
It's a tough one between Vitamin C and Collagen Zooki because both are essential for feeling and looking our best. The human body begins to decrease its natural production of collagen from the age of about 27 but we need it way past then because collagen is incredibly helpful for healing a leaky gut and maintaining a healthy one which are two areas I focus on with many of my coaching clients. This particular high absorption form of this collagen is 5x stronger than a normal collagen capsule and tastes much better than anything I've tasted before! As for the vitamin C... it's a game-changer for travel, boosting immunity and energy levels.
