Directions for use

Can I take multiple Electrolyte+ products in the same day?
We recommend aligning your electrolyte intake with your activity levels and dietary salt consumption. Research suggests that consuming 4-6g of sodium, 4-5g of potassium and 400-600mg of Mg per day is optimal. Most people should only require one Hydration+ sachet per day, however those engaging in extreme physical activity that results in large fluid and electrolyte loss may require more.

This product can be enjoyed at any time of day, whenever is most convenient for you. Your body is naturally dehydrated when you first wake up in the morning due to hours without water, so we recommend early in the morning to start your day hydrated.
