Clinically proven to improve recovery
Conducted by researchers at St Mary’s University, London, our Turmeric was tested in a gold-standard clinical trial: a double-blind, placebo-controlled study on recreational athletes after intense exercise designed to cause muscle soreness and muscle damage.
The study tracked recovery using both how participants felt (soreness and pain sensitivity) and what was happening inside the body (blood markers of muscle damage, inflammation and oxidative stress).

Directions for use
