Yağmur is extremely passionate about all aspects of health and nutrition. This passion has stretched throughout her last six years in the industry, back to and before her four year degree in nutrition and dietetics at Istanbul Science University (Florence Nightingale Hospital's University. She is also a member of the Federation of Nutrition Therapy Practitioners (FNTP).
Yağmur understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving nutrition and health. She takes time to learn about how her clients’ eating and drinking patterns are influenced by their culture, mood, attitudes and social settings, so that she can personalise her interventions to their needs, preferences and perspectives. Yağmur understands making lifestyle changes is not always simple so she is dedicated to working with her clients to understand their individual lifestyles and provide practical advice personalised and tailored to each unique person. She uses evidence-based nutrition to help her clients achieve their unique goals.
My favourite Zooki
My favourite Zooki is Gut Biome Zooki because of the growing body of scientific evidence that suggests you can treat and even prevent some illnesses with foods and supplements containing certain kinds of live bacteria (probiotics).
Some digestive disease specialists are recommending probiotic supplements for disorders that frustrate conventional medicine, such as irritable bowel syndrome. Since the mid-1990s, clinical studies suggest that probiotic therapy can help treat several gastrointestinal ills, delay the development of allergies in children, and treat and prevent vaginal and urinary infections in women.
