We met as nutritional therapy students at the Institute For Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and have now been practicing as Registered Nutritional Therapists for eight years. We are registered with the UK Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and are full members of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
We work with female runners of all abilities who are looking for simple ways to improve their running performance and health with nutrition and lifestyle.
