My qualifications
I completed my 4 year training in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), where I trained in the principles of Functional Medicine, which is a personalised and integrative approach to healthcare. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), a professional body for Registered Nutrition Practitioners. I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. I also completed the first university-based course on plant-based nutrition in the UK, with the University of Winchester.
My approach
Each person is unique, and rather than a “one size fits all approach”, my nutrition and lifestyle plans are tailored to my client’s own needs and goals. I want them to feel comfortable and I ensure that our one-to-one consultations take place in a relaxed and non-judgmental atmosphere, whether it is a face to face or through an online consultation.
My favourite Zooki
My favourite Zooki product is Vitamin C Zooki. Coincidently, I tried it when I tested positive for Covid 19, I do believe it helped support my energy levels and recovery. As a nice “side effect”, I would wake up with a glow, so it also had a beneficial effect on my perimenopausal skin!
