My qualifications
Emma trained at the world renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition and was awarded a diploma with distinction in nutritional therapy. With over 13 years in the health & wellbeing space and former owner of a nutritional cooking school, she is an authority on food and nutrition and is well placed to support women through every stage of their life.
My approach
My approach is client centred, personalised and bespoke. I like to explore the bigger picture, to take a step back and get a birds eye view of each client as a whole. Because every woman is unique and has different needs and goals it is important at the beginning to take time to get to know you. Once I understand you and your health history we can work together to create a road map that will enable you to see the positive changes and transformations you deserve.
I use my unique method THE REBALANCING METHOD - 7 foundations to balance hormones after 40. These are diet, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, mindset and environment.
I use nutrition and lifestyle changes as much as possible to help the body function more efficiently but I also utilise supplements to help raise nutrient levels and bring support where needed.
My favourite Zooki
My favourite Zooki is Glutathione Zooki. I love the many jobs that glutathione does in the body and being in perimenopause it’s a must for hormone balance. I also love the taste and the fact it’s free from gluten and any nasties.
