My qualifications

I graduated from the Institute from Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and have been practising as a Registered Nutritional Therapist since 2019. I am also a Certified Health Coach and I specialise in Healthy Weight Loss. I am registered with the UK Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

My approach

 I’ve been exactly where most overweight and obese men and women are right now. I wasted 25+ years of my life trying to lose weight with every diet out there… You name it, I’ve tried it! 

I suffered from debilitating exhaustion as well as being unable to think and function properly on a day-to-day basis. 

When my health started to rapidly decline, it was the push I needed to study nutrition. This training was the fundamental key to teaching me how to change my lifestyle and nutrition so that I lost weight healthily and sustainably. As well as losing weight, the exhaustion stopped and I wasn’t using sugar any longer to get me through the day. 

I now understand the exact science behind nourishing your body the “right way” as well as the psychology behind successful weight loss so that you can lose weight once and for all and avoid weight-related diseases. 

I absolutely love working 1-2-1 with my weight loss clients and seeing them turn their health around. Losing weight isn’t easy… There’s so much more to weight loss than just food. That’s why I integrate health coaching into all my nutrition consultations. Because your relationship with food and your mindset around it counts too!
