My qualifications
I am a level 2 CrossFit coach with 3 years of experience in the CrossFit space. I am also a level 3 personal trainer and an ex professional rugby player.
My approach
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and how 30 mins of something active each day could change someone’s life. CrossFit is my true love, but I feel there are multiple ways to be fit and healthy and we are not just limited to one thing.

Would have to be the Vitamin C Zooki, I absolutely love the taste and the health benefits.
