My approach
Riya has developed a passion for helping people improve their relationship with food with the ultimate goal of developing life-long healthy eating habits. Her food and nutrition philosophy focuses on clean ingredients and simple cooking methods to encourage her clients to move towards a wholefood-centred diet.
Since graduating, she has provided one to one counselling, written health articles and presented educational talks using evidence-based nutrition in various settings. She has also published an academic paper in the proceedings of The Nutrition Society contributing to the growing literature concerning gut health.
