My qualifications
A career in hospitality and the wine industry in my early twenties worked as a catalyst towards uncovering my passion for nutrition, health and wellbeing. I have completed a Naturopathic Nutrition diploma at CNM in London, followed by continuous professional development in nutrition, mental health and eating disorders for the past 7 years. I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity (awarded by the National Centre for Eating Disorders) and NLP practitioner and I have completed the AFMCP from the Institute of Functional Medicine. Curious to know more and deepen my knowledge, I am currently undertaking an MSc in Personalised Nutrition.
My approach
After my own history of eating disorders and food distress I specialise in supporting people with food problems and food distress. This covers a range of issues, from diagnosed eating disorders to emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, weight concerns and disordered eating. I use evidence-based nutritional therapy with a functional medicine approach, NLP and a range of tools for mindset and behaviour change.
I'm a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" approach, hence I use a mix of nutritional, psychological and behavioural interventions to help people reach peace and food freedom. I've helped hundreds of women and men transform their food relationship through my 1:1 consultations, courses and webinars at Nutrition Path.
My favourite Zooki
I love so many! I love the taste and texture of the Hair Zooki, which is a popular with my clients, as well as Vitamin C Zooki, which I often get comments about helping clients with energy levels and resilience. To anyone, who has a history with problematic eating patterns, Collagen Zooki and Gut Biome Zooki are a great choice to help heal the gut and replenish the microbiome.
