My qualifications
I have completed a Bachelor's degree with full scholarship from Bahcesehir University, where I gained a solid foundation in nutrition and related subjects. Subsequently, I pursued a research opportunity at University College London's Department of Epidemiology and Health Care as a Research Assistant.
As a Dietetic Assistant, I have worked in a variety of settings including university labs, hospitals, and private gyms. These experiences have provided me with valuable practical knowledge and skills, as well as exposure to different approaches to nutrition and health. Then I founded NT Nutrition because we all deserve a relationship with food that brings us joy and satisfaction, don’t we?
My approach
My counselling style is rooted in non-diet, weight-inclusive, and Intuitive Eating paradigms. As a former lifelong dieter, I am especially interested in helping clients break free from the dieting cycle I know all too well. It wouldn’t be surprising to say that I have a particular interest in gut health, baby led weaning and sports nutrition. And BIG YES, I am very passionate about using science behind nutrition to help individuals to achieve personal goals and live a healthier, happier life. I am dedicated to helping you find what is best for you.
In addition to one-on-one consultancy, I also offer media and public relations services, helping brands and organisations to communicate their nutrition messages effectively to the public. This includes content creation, social media management, and PR campaigns.
Furthermore, I provide corporate wellness programs that help businesses to promote health and wellness among their employees. This can include workshops, seminars, and other educational initiatives designed to support employees in achieving their health and wellness goals.
My favourite Zooki
This is a tough decision but I would say Collagen Zooki Berry flavour. As a nutritionist, I always recommend whole foods as the best source of nutrients, but sometimes it can be difficult to get enough of certain nutrients from our diets alone. Collagen is one of these nutrients - it's an important component of our skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue, but our bodies naturally produce less collagen as we age. This is where collagen supplements can come in handy.
What I really appreciate about the Zooki Collagen is that it's made with high-quality marine collagen. Research suggests that marine collagen may have superior bioavailability and absorption compared to other sources of collagen, which means that our bodies can more effectively utilize the collagen in the product.
The addition of Vitamin C in the Zooki Liquid Marine Collagen is also a huge plus for me! And the taste just soooo good!
