What is a Liposomal Multivitamin?
A liposomal multivitamin wraps its vitamins and minerals in a protective layer of lipids (the same kind of fatty molecules your cells are built from), forming tiny spheres called liposomes.
A daily multivitamin has to deliver a lot of different nutrients at once, and some are absorbed more easily than others. The liposome is designed to shield those nutrients as they travel through the digestive system, so more is protected on the journey and taken up rather than passed through.
