To get around this, we developed a way to wrap Iron in "Liposomes" - tiny bubbles made from the same building blocks that make up the walls of our cells
These "Liposomes" form a shield around the Iron which 1) protects the Iron from stomach acid and 2) increases the absorption of Iron across the gut wall and into the bloodstream

Each 1 capsule serving contains 100mg of iron bisglycinate, with an impressive 20mg of active iron per serving.
Both the capsules and the liquid sachets contain the same dosage and type of iron, and the same liposomal technology. This means you get that same increased absorption whether you opt for our capsules or our liquid sachets. The main difference between the two comes down to price, and how you prefer to take your daily supplements.
Both our liquid sachets and capsules contain liposomal iron bisglycinate. Iron bisglycinate is easier for the body to absorb compared to other types of iron such as iron oxide and iron citrate, and is also more gentle on the stomach.
