What's inside the different blends?
All three share the same foundation: 20 billion CFU of live bacteria per capsule, held in our dual-layer capsule designed to protect the cultures through the digestive tract. From there, each pairs its own strain mix with a targeted blend of nutrients and botanicals.
Biotics+ Everyday
Four live bacteria strains alongside an everyday nutrient blend, grape seed extract plus vitamins C, D3, K2, E, B12 and zinc. Vitamins C, D, B12 and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system, vitamins C and B12 to energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and zinc to the maintenance of normal skin.
Four live bacteria strains with a skin-focused blend of curcuminoids (50mg), aloe vera (50mg) and rosemary extract (30mg), plus chromium, vitamin E, B6 and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and zinc to the maintenance of normal skin.

What are probiotics?
Probiotics are live strains of bacteria that are considered beneficial for the microbiome. When given in adequate amounts, they have been shown to provide health benefits. As well as being helpful themselves, they also metabolise fibre in foods to manufacture short chain fatty acids which themselves provide energy to gut cells, strengthen the gut barrier, regulate metabolism, reduce inflammation, improve heart health, block cholesterol production and act as crucial signals for the gut-brain axis.
How does curcumin work with probiotics?
Once in the large intestine, curcumin can be converted by Bifidobacterium longum into bioactive compounds, such as demethyl curcumin. These bioactive compounds can enhance antioxidant capacity, preserve cognitive function, modulate inflammation, and improve endothelial health. Other than acting as a bioactive compound, curcumin can also play a role as a prebiotic and encourage the growth of beneficial strains of bacteria in the gut.
