Every blend starts with the same job: five core electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium) to enhance your water. From there, each one adds a targeted active blend so you can match your water to what your day needs.

Skin radiance (pomegranate lemon flavour)

1,152mg of electrolytes per serving, built around Damasty® (150mg), a rose and melon extract clinically shown to improve skin radiance. Paired with a full energy B-vitamin complex (B3, B5, B6 and B12) and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Liver health (Lemon and ginger flavour)

1,972mg of electrolytes per serving, led by choline (500mg), which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, alongside N-acetyl L-cysteine (600mg) and silymarin (300mg) from milk thistle seed extract, plus added selenium. Vitamin C and B6 add support for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Exercise & recover (cherry flavour)

3,060mg of electrolytes per serving, the highest in the range for heavy sweat sessions, plus L-glutamine (1,000mg) and beetroot powder (500mg). Magnesium here contributes to normal protein synthesis and normal muscle function, and vitamin C to normal collagen formation for cartilage.

Energy & focus (peach flavour)

1,788mg of electrolytes per serving and the only caffeinated blend, combining caffeine (100mg) with L-theanine (200mg) for focus, plus zinc and vitamin B12. Vitamin C and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Sodium starts it

Potassium balances things
