My qualifications
Interest in health & fitness has been a huge part of my life, as well as helping others. Thus, I decided to reorient my career. After that, I just kept wanting to learn more and more. I am half way through my Exercise Referral qualification and I plan to get certified in Level 4 in Personal Training, specialising in Obesity & Diabetes Management, as well as Low Back Pain Exercise.
My approach
In both my one-to-one sessions and online coaching I have a holistic approach, taking into consideration the individual needs of each client. I am supportive and positive coach who provides result-based, goal-oriented training with the idea of long-term habit change. I promote sustainability and balanced lifestyle. I believe in the importance of strength training for every person, regardless of their gender and age.
My favourite Zooki
I absolutely love Collagen Zooki for its amazing taste (which makes it super easy to take every day) and the changes I noticed in my skin, nails and hair condition, only a few weeks after I started taking it! I take it together with the Turmeric sachet, mainly for my joints health and its anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties.
