My qualifications

Qualified to the highest level of nutritional therapy (masters) at Worcester University, Laura is dedicated to continuous learning and regularly attends CPD events and follows gut health research weekly to ensure she has the most up to date knowledge within her specialist area.

With a keen interest in mental wellbeing and mindset, Laura is also a mindset coach following her NLP (Neuro- linguistic programming) practitioner course. This will be updated to the highest level next year as she attends a further 3 weeks of training to become a 'Master Practitioner'.

My approach

My 1:1 nutritional therapy programmes are totally personalised to your needs and are based on health history, symptoms and genetics and are made to fit seamlessly into your current lifestyle to reach your goals. The programmes range from 3 months to 5 months support and include everything you need to make sustainable changes like personalised recipe books, videos and weekly check ins.

Alongside nutrition support, the programmes will also look at the bigger picture of 'you' and support other areas of your life like stress reduction, movement, mindset and sleep.

If you want a calorie counting programme with a strict meal plan, my support is not for you! I prefer to support my clients to learn about what foods and habits work best for them so that they can create long term, sustainable changes. I often use elements of intuitive eating and strongly encourage my clients to ditch 'dieting' and bring joy back to mealtimes.
