Do I need regular or super strength collagen?
Our Collagen sachets are also available in a 5,000mg sachet option, perfect for anyone under the age of 40 or for use as a maintenance dose.
If you are above the age of 40, or simply want to see results ASAP, we recommend starting with our Super Strength Collagen for at least the first 3 months.
