Loyalty programme

If you've built up some loyalty points and would like to use these against an upcoming order, simply log in to your account and head to the 'Rewards' tab. Here you'll see how many redeemable points you have.

You'll see some predetermined options of points to redeem, ranging from £10 off to £40 off. Click the 'redeem' button on one of these amounts, and it will generate a discount code for this amount. Once you click this 'redeem' button, you can't add these points back to your balance (but don't worry, we will email you the discount code so you don't have to memorise it!)

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to help redeem these loyalty points for you.

If you'd like to apply a discount code to your subscription, simply log in to your account, and head to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Then, click to edit the subscription that you'd like to add the code to, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a box to enter your discount code. This will apply the code to your upcoming subscription!

We don’t automatically deduct your points and apply them in case you would like to save up your points for something in particular or a bigger reward - if you would like to redeem your points, click the 'redeem' button on one of these amounts, and it will generate a discount code for this amount.

It’s easy to collect reward points - they can quickly build up! Earn 1 point for every pound you spend on our website, plus 1 point for every recycled sachet you send back to us.

There are other ways to earn points, including a 100 point bonus as a birthday reward. Have a look at our Loyalty programme page on our website to have a look at all the different ways in which you can earn reward points.  

Please note, you must have a Zooki account to begin accumulating points, so make sure you sign up - we will even give you a 50 point bonus to get you started.

Your points expire after 12 months, so be sure to use them.

Please note, the minimum amount of points you can redeem is £10 - you must have collected at least £10 worth of points before you can generate a discount code for your next order.

Once you have generated a discount code, you will be able to copy this code and then paste it at checkout in order to apply it to your next order or subscription. If you accidentally click off it, don't worry, we will email you the discount code as well so you don't have to memorise it!

As a reminder, once you click this 'redeem' button, you can't add these points back to your balance.

If you are taking part in our recycling scheme, you will earn 1 reward point per every sachet you recycle and return to us. These points will be added once we receive and count your sachets - we will email you to let you know once these points have been added!
