Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays but we will always do our best to get it out the same day.

What shipping options do you offer? (UK)
We offer free next-day delivery Monday - Friday for orders over £50.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 by default, but for an extra £2.95 we can send your order using DPD Next Day.
Your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
If your order is under £50, shipping costs:
- £2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 day service)
- £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next-day service)
- £4.95 for DPD Next Day

For the following countries, we offer tracked international air (DPD or UPS) at a cost of £8.95: Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cyprus, South Africa, Egypt, India, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudia Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Malaysia, Malta, Sri Lanka, Turkey
For the following countries, we offer tracked international air (DPD or UPS) at a cost of £12.95: New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Canada, Azerbaijan, Israel.
International delivery normally varies from 2-7 days depending on the location.
What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your Zooki product(s) must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@zooki.com, and be sure to include your order number in the email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Orders & Subscriptions
Below are some of the most common questions about orders and subscriptions
How do I add a discount code to a subscription order?
If you'd like to apply a discount code to your subscription, simply log in to your account, and head to the 'Subscriptions' tab. Then, click to edit the subscription that you'd like to add the code to, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a box to enter your discount code. This will apply the code to your upcoming subscription!
How do I redeem loyalty points off my upcoming subscription order?
If you've built up some loyalty points and would like to use these against an upcoming order, simply log in to your account and head to the 'Rewards' tab. Here you'll see how many redeemable points you have.
You'll see some predetermined options of points to redeem, ranging from £10 off to £40 off. Click the 'redeem' button on one of these amounts, and it will generate a discount code for this amount. Once you click this 'redeem' button, you can't add these points back to your balance (but don't worry, we will email you the discount code so you don't have to memorise it!)
Once you've copied this code, head to the 'Subscriptions' tab in your account, and select the subscription you'd like to add the code to. Then scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a box where you can enter this code and redeem these points off your upcoming order!

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your Zooki subscription at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the 'subscriptions' tab. If you have multiple subscriptions, simply select the subscription you wish to edit. Once selected, you can pause, edit, skip or cancel your subscription via your account section. If you need help with the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order. If you can't find this email, please check your spam folder.
I can't log in to my account

Below are some common questions about our products
What does 'liposomal' mean?
Our Liposomal product range refers to products which use our signature liposomal delivery system - this is where we wrap nutrients in tiny lipid bubbles called liposomes. These liposomes help protect the nutrients as they travel through the digestive system, and improve absorption into the bloodstream - so you get more of the nutrients you need to feel benefits fast.
Are Zooki products vegan?
While a lot of our products are vegan, not all Zooki products are suitable for vegans. We recommend checking the nutritional information of specific products for more information. As a quick overview, our Electrolyte Range and most of our Liposomal Range is suitable for vegans, however our Collagen Range is not suitable for vegans.
Can I take more than one Zooki product at a time?
Absolutely - our products are designed to be taken in tandem with one another. You can mix and match multiple products from the range to meet your health goals. When it comes to the Electrolyte Range, we simply recommend you adjust your consumption depending on your activity levels and fluid loss from day to day - depending on your activity levels, you may not need to take more than one Electrolyte sachet per day.
What time of day should I take my Zooki products?
This is a judgement call, and can vary from product to product. Generally speaking, we recommend taking Zooki products in the morning so that you can feel the benefits throughout the day. Consistency is key here - try to pick a time and take your Zooki products at the same time every day so you can form a strong habit. If you're taking products for a better night's sleep, such as Magnesium or Ashwagandha, then we recommend taking these products 1-2 hours before bed.
Why do we use sachets?
Our sachets protect our products from oxidation and help maintain the stability of the product for every single serving. If we were to use a bottle, the moment the seal is broken a small amount of oxygen would creep in and the stability of the nutrients and liposomes would be threatened. As time goes by, each serving would be less and less effective. We are working closely with the leading sachet manufacturers in the UK to switch to a more environmentally friendly material as soon as possible, which we hope will be in the not too distant future.
