Directions for use
Mix one stick daily with 700ml of water, adjust up or down to dilute the taste to your liking. This product contains caffeine and L-Theanine in the optimal 1:2 ratio for sustained energy - so we recommend enjoying in the morning or early afternoon to feel the benefits all through the day.

We recommend aligning your electrolyte intake with your activity levels and dietary salt consumption. Research suggests that consuming 4-6g of sodium, 4-5g of potassium and 400-600mg of Mg per day is optimal. Most people should only require one Hydration+ sachet per day, however those engaging in extreme physical activity that results in large fluid and electrolyte loss may require more.
