My approach
My approach to wellbeing is a holistic approach where I incorporate rituals, remedies, practices to create balance, community and personal growth that is aimed to nourish and awaken the body and soul. Each human deserves to thrive and this only takes place when we put our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing first.
