My qualifications
My qualifications not just in Chinese Medicine where I have a masters with distinction, but also as an aesthetician and massage therapist means I am able to combine a wide range of eastern and western techniques to tailor treatments to suit your individual needs. I have continued to study and expand my knowledge to keep up to date with developments in the industry and improve upon the treatments and services that I offer. I have completed post graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Autoimmune Conditions and the latest natural treatments to support skin health and healthy ageing.
My approach
In Chinese Medicine no symptom is considered to stand alone, but rather is part of a pattern of imbalance within the body. This means that by using my skills as an expert in Chinese medicine, acupuncture and natural health I am able to treat more than one thing at once. When we address the underlying cause of an imbalance be it menstrual issues or a skin condition everything starts to feel better. I look at the individual as a whole taking into account their symptoms and individual lifestyle and constitution to formulate a treatment plan that is appropriate to that individual. All patients are given comprehensive aftercare advice that may include advice on lifestyle, nutrition, meditation, and skin care, as well as,, herbal remedies and on occasion bespoke oils and creams.
My favourite Zooki
My favourite Zooki product is the Vitamin C Watermelon flavour. Suitable for vegans and free from gluten, soy, sugars and fillers it meets all my requirements for a clean supplement. I love its immune boosting functions and the fact that vitamin C helps support collagen synthesis too so a great supplement for the skin and it tastes great.
