A totally personalised non-judgemental approach to help physical, emotional and mental health awareness incorporating the following:
Nutrition - Find out what foods/drinks/nutrients may be beneficial to increase energy, reduce stress, pain and inflammation, improve motivation, immunity, focus, concentration, productivity, gut health & digestive issues, lethargy, anxiety as well as general physical and mental health wellbeing etc. Also find out what supplements can help bring balance to your health.
Mindfulness - Learn some easy techniques to become more present, feel calmer, happier, healthier, improve relationships and have a better quality of life.
Sleep - A good night's sleep is so important to help with improving physical and mental health, gut health, balance weight, reduce the risk of many illness such as diabetes, dementia, hormonal imbalances etc. Be inspired to improve your sleep to feel healthier, more productive, focused and have better relationships and quality of life.
Stress Management practices - Bringing awareness to physical, emotional and mental stress so it can be transmuted to feeling more balanced to achieve feelings of calm, clarity, resiliency and promote better health.
I offer in-person and online consultations from Prestwich, Manchester. I also offer corporate wellness programmes and do talks and workshops for groups/organisations.
My favourite Zooki
I love the Vitamin C Zooki Citrus Orange flavour. It's liposomal, meaning it can get assimilated much more easily than the standard Vitamin C products. It's a magical synergy of sparkliness as it promotes a more radiant skin helping me to shine, my immunity to be tip top and to have more dynamic energy levels, which is perfect as I'm known as The Vitality Fairy. I've found that by adding it to water and shake it up, while having a little dance at the same time, I get a fantastically fabulous dairy-free alternative to milk. It tastes zingy and fresh whether served on it's own, in a drink or on my breakfast.
