My qualifications
After completing my Psychology degree in 2019, I decided to undertake a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. I combined both subjects and specialised in understanding the link between stress, mental health and the gut.
My approach
I help to educate others about how we can improve our mental health through diet, lifestyle, and gut health. There is such a huge connection between Nutrition and Psychology; from our eating behaviours through to food and mood. I am a firm believer that food has the power to nourish our mind as well as body, which is why I like to take a holistic approach to health.
My favourite Zooki
With much of my focus on gut health, my favourite Zooki has to be the Gut Biome Zooki! It’s a simple and easy way to support our gut health by introducing billions of good bacteria to our microbiome in one small dose. I love including this supplement in my overnight oats for breakfast!
