My favourite Zooki

My favourite Zooki is Collagen Zooki – a convenient sachet to incorporate into your daily routine. I recommend this to both clients who are trying to conceive and those navigating the menopause transition. Collagen contains high amounts of glycine, the most abundant protein in your body. It is involved in the formation of foetal DNA, internal organs, connective tissue, bones, blood vessels, skin and joints and is required to fuel the growing uterus, placenta and stretching skin. Supplementing with collagen has been shown to benefit skin health, relieve joint pain and prevent bone loss. Glycine is needed to support your body's production of collagen, which decreases from the age of 30 onwards!
